Mainstream techniques of meditation usually involve opening of the mind to emptiness to relieve stress. However, this necessitates a release of control over one’s thoughts.  SLL meditation is different. The program uses interactive Mind-Body visualisation with minimal body movement to facilitate release, focus and change to restore rhythm of life, yet allowing the individual to be in full control of their emotions and mental thoughts.
